Roshan and Lottie Allpress
Husband and wife team Roshan and Lottie joined CRC to create the new online media management service and Library Resonate. They are also heavily involved in the Compass Foundation.

Steve Bell
Steve is passionate about reaching people for Christ through the sounds and stories of popular culture.  Most of his time goes into producing POPOLOGY each month.  Steve is married, has two young children, and is an avid surfer and snowboarder. 

Russell Broughton
Russell started working as a volunteer at CRC more than thirty years ago.  After many years on staff writing and producing radio programmes, he now works as volunteer producer of the weekly programme CHORDS OF LOVE.  Russell is a husband, father and grandfather. 

Mary Chakson
Mary keeps our accounts in order.  Outside CRC she is a wife and mother. 

John Lindsay
John joined CRC in 1985 as a script writer and editor.  These days he spends most of his time in administration but still enjoys the challenges of writing, editing and encouraging young creative talent.  On the home front he is a husband, father and grandfather. 

Elaine Parkinson
Elaine has been running the CRC Library for more than 20 years.  She is also responsible for updating the mailing list and duplicates cassettes, CDs and DVDs.  Elaine is married with three adult children and nine grandchildren. 

Gordon Prier
Gordon has been the backbone of technical services at CRC for more than thirty years.  He has guided us through the introduction of video, helped us move into digital production and has become an expert in church acoustics.  Outside CRC Gordon is a husband and father. 

Janine Schwartfeger
Janine works part-time typing up scripts and helping in general office work.  She is also a busy wife and mother with three school-age children.
